4.1 | Update Salesforce Fields – No Writeback

This task illustrates a scenario where Salesforce data fields are redlined, but the changes are not written back to Salesforce.

  1. Send to Client: Send the document to the client.
  2. Client Rejection and Field Redlining: The client rejects the document and redlines Salesforce data fields (e.g., account name, address).
  3. Detect Field Value Change: Review the audit trail to detect the field value changes, noting both the previous and new values.
  4. Internal Review Rejection: The internal reviewer rejects the document.
  5. Return to Client: The document is sent back to the client.
  6. Client Approval: The client approves the document.
  7. Completion: The RLM instance is completed.
